Main duties and responsibilities:

• Welcomes customers, offering advice and determining their preferences.

• Maintains a respectful, courteous, and thoughtful attitude toward guests and colleagues.

• Prepares drinks according to assigned recipes.

• Assists in conducting an accurate inventory, then checking merchandise and periodically reordering.

• Reports directly to the Bar Manager, with whom he or she collaborates to ensure quality standards for all types of service, offering the opportunity for continuous professional growth.

• Has excellent knowledge of product types and mixology techniques.

• Complies with safety and hygiene regulations, always keeping the workplace clean and tidy.

• Manages payment transactions and the cash register.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, gained in luxury hospitality. Experience abroad is a plus.

• Excellent knowledge of mixology techniques

• Excellent knowledge of the national and international wine scene. A Sommelier diploma is a plus.

• Knowledge of service standards • 

Fluent English. Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.

• Ability to work in a team

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Respond to guest requests regarding travel and transportation arrangements, airline tickets/sightseeing tours, lost luggage claims, and other reasonable concierge-related tasks and services
• Run external errands/accompany guests to destinations (e.g., clinics, shops, etc.)
• Handle mail and postal requests
• Manage incoming and outgoing items for both hotel guests and local residents
• Coordinate with Front Desk colleagues for prompt luggage collection from rooms and upon guest arrival

 The Senior Sales Manager Leisure is responsible for developing and managing leisure sales strategies to maximize revenue from tour operators, travel agencies, online travel agents (OTAs), and other leisure market segments. Main duties and responsibilities

• Operation of wheeled and tracked tractors 

• Operation of forklifts and small excavators

• General work in vineyards, olive groves and arable land

Requirements

• Proven experience in wineries

• Ability to carry out small maintenance (services, welding, small electrical work) on tractors and operators

• Flexibility in working hours during the vegetative cycle and harvesting periods (the company is organic) 

• License for the use of plant protection products

• Full-time contract under the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Agricultural sector.

Main duties and responsibilities 

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods;

• Prepare orders for shipment as requested;

• Manage inventory and update warehouse records;

• Operate forklifts and other equipment to handle goods;

• Maintain a tidy and safe warehouse;

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the proper flow of goods;

• Follow safety procedures and company regulations.

Requirements:

• Flexible hours;
• Excellent teamwork skills;
• At least 2 years of experience in a hotel or internationally established company;
• Class B driving license and car ownership
• Forklift license
• Proficiency in Italian
• Monitor goods at reception, in cooperation with the manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

• Direct sales of the farm’s products (wine, olive oil, honey) at the winery/oil mill retail space
• Cash register management and basic administrative operations
• Issuing delivery notes (DDT), managing customer care, and coordinating shipments to private clients
• Restocking and setting up product displays to ensure an appealing sales environment
• Daily upkeep of the shop and associated storage areas
• Guiding clients during tasting experiences related to wine, oil, and honey
• Active participation in events hosted by the agricultural estate 

Required Skills 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales orientation and problem-solving attitude
• Flexibility in tasks and availability to work weekends and public holidays
• Certified knowledge in wine and/or olive oil (e.g., AIS, FISAR, ONAV, WSET certifications)
• Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Previous experience in handling cash, point-of-sale systems, and basic fiscal documentation
