  • Excellent ability to manage the entire production process of horticultural crops: from tilling the soil to fertilizing, from sowing to transplanting seedlings, from caring for the crops to harvesting the products;

Main duties and responsibilities


  • Assists the Restaurant Manager in directing the brigade service teams on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations, consistent excellence and guest satisfaction;
  • Develops positive relations with guests and team members, whilst remaining professional and service oriented at all times;
  • Contributes to the development of food & beverage product/offering to ensure that the restaurant continues to evolve, improve and prosper;
  • Supports in planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all areas and activities of the department, working closely with the Restaurant Manager and the F&B management;

Role Description


  • The Chef de Partie takes an active part in the daily operations of the kitchen. He dedicates himself to the preparation and presentation of the dishes following the established recipes;
  • Is responsible for the assigned lot, for its cleanliness and the equipment in use; completes all tasks taking into account the established timescales;

Role Description


  • The Chef de Rang takes care of providing table service, based on the operational standards present in the Restaurant;
  • Ensures that the guest receives adequate attention and information on the culinary philosophy and that overall he or she enjoys the restaurant experience;
  • Prepares the mise en place and sets up the work spaces before/after each service;
  • Takes orders and relates to the guest in a friendly and professional way, explaining and suggesting the dishes on the menu;
  • Enters orders on the PMS and ensures the correct timing of dishes during table service;

Responsibility


  • Ensure smooth operation and efficiency of the Facility Department, leading the Maintenance Team in the day-to-day operations of the estate and its business units, including its resort premisses, while respecting service standards, equipment, and work schedules;
  • Plan, direct, control, coordinate and participate in all areas and activities of the Facility department, liaising with our internal Project Division and their consultants (i.e. interior designers, architects, quantity surveyors, mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineers, lighting consultants, audio visual consultants and procurement agents);
  • Develop and maintain effective administrative and communication systems and requirements, following up with stakeholder about specific refurbishments and maintenance projects and their goals;
  • Implement and where necessary upgrade systems as required by the company product standards;
  • Diagnose, maintain and repair equipment ensuring data record is kept for preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, fire & safety, civil, guest rooms, public area, kitchen, back of house and audio visuals;
  • Overview and coordinate daily checks to the technical implants of the estate and its business units, communicating with the resort management and its Housekeeping department to prioritize maintenance tasks in case of requests for guest rooms and hotel public areas;
  • Direct and oversee the functionality and safety of the facility, (i.e. buildings, mechanical plants, electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, life safety systems) in line with regulations;
  • Prepare Capital, Repairs and Maintenance budgets for the Facility Department and report to the CEO and General Manager as necessary;
  • Report and monitor key performance indicators for the Facility Department and undertake corrective actions to improve equipment inventory, quality audits, productivity, and other assigned goals;
  • Obtain maximum control of expenditure through effective use of manpower and physical assets while ensuring all expenses are in line with budget;
  • Run an effective practice and enforcement of local regulatory compliance ensuring all health & safety procedures of guests and team members, as well as the proper conditions for plants, machinery, and property are well respected;
  • Collaborate with the Health / Safety Manager to monitor safety and security practices, fire detection and alarm system and the effectiveness of the maintenance contract in place in compliance with standards and legal regulations;
  • Develop and manage the current energy plan throughout the property (i.e. Biomass, aqueduct, pools) and help identify and introduce further environmentally-friendly systems and equipment;
  • Ensure the best operation of all building engineering services in a reliable and energy efficient manner (i.e. boilers, chillers, air handling units, lighting circuits, water treatment plant, etc);
  • Supervise cost control programs through energy saving schedules and manage energy conservation programs to minimize expenses;
  • Manage its team’s related activities, including allocation of workloads, team working schedules, evaluations, maintaining good motivation as any required disciplinary matters.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, project management or in an equivalent technical field;
  • A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in a similar role and across all aspects of the Engineering & Maintenance departments within luxury hotels;

Main duties and responsibilities


  • You’ll be proactively and successfully contributing to our Events strategy, building strong working relationships with our Group Sales team on proposing and contracting new customers and agencies;

Main duties and responsibilities


  • Ensure that the wine list is constantly updated;

  • Must be fluent in Italian with and English. A third European language would represent and advantage;
  • Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal;
  • Sommelier diploma and excellent knowledge of the national and international wine scene;

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • To support the Spa Team organising and relaying all duties concerning guest arrivals in the Spa, including hotel guests and VIPs or external clients;
  • To help with reservations on future spa bookings and contact key guests to promote the spa offer and its facilities;
